The President’s own political party is turning against him due to the ineffectiveness of Obamacare and it’s eliminating health insurance for those who already have medical coverage. It appears that not only is the Government unable to provide a Website, or other way to obtain health insurance, but it is canceling the health insurance of many of those who already have health coverage.
All of this shows the ineffectiveness of the government. One of the common slogans is “If you love the effectiveness of the Post Office you will love Obamacare”.
All of this is to say in Estate Planning it’s always best to avoid the Court System. When you go into Probate Court it is expensive, slow, public, and there is a huge loss of control.
