As we discussed in the great Helen Keller statement “Life is either a Daring Adventure or Nothing,” Life is an “Adventure” (click here). It is like a river that we are being pulled down in our boat of life. Sometimes the waves are calm and it is easy, smooth sailing. Other times it is tumultuous and bouncing us around. We sometimes have little input or control on where the river of life takes us and sometimes we do.
One of the exciting parts of a New Year is that it is a “Blank Page.” It is a “Blank Canvas” or “Fresh Start”. We can start with an empty canvas or page and paint or write much of what we want our life to look like. In many ways we do “live the life we choose.” In many ways we do have input or some control on what we want our life to look like.
With a “Fresh Start” we do have the opportunity to move in the direction we want our life to live. In many ways we can help fashion what our life looks like.
Let’s start off with a great start on this Daring Adventure of Life in 2017. Let’s make it a Fabulous Year!
