Radio icon Casey Kasem famous for his national “America’s Top 40” weekly radio show, is in the spotlight for his Estate Planning woes. There appears to be an ongoing wrestling match between Casey Kasem’s wife and his adult children from a prior marriage over physical possession of Casey Kasem. He is reported to be suffering from Dementia and in is declining health.
Casey Kasem’s adult daughter from a prior marriage has brought lawsuits to try and get physical possession of her father. She had also protested in front of his residence with other family members. Mr. Kasem’s wife believes that this is related to the adult daughter and her siblings from the prior marriage seeking to get a portion of his estimated eighty million dollar estate.
